Job Description

* Cross-border M&A advisory

* Supporting companies expanding internationally

* Fundraising advisory

* Cross-border real estate transactions

* Business strategy planning

* Transaction-related due diligence

* Supporting companies seeking to expand their business or invest in the global market

* Other advisory and support services

The Successful Applicant

* Strong interest in leading business development efforts

* Ability to assess risk and return objectively

* Willingness to work across a wide range of transactions

* Working experience in Big 4 accounting firms, major investment banks or major private equity firms

* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., accounting, legal, CFA/financial analyst credentials)

* Exposure to cross-border deals, leveraging on the firm's network

* Start-up culture that encourages employees to freely pursue ventures of their interests

* Value creation for the corporate clients, through the management of talented team members
