Job Description

  • Shape and manage corporate and brand identity at the market level.
  • Lead internal and external stakeholder communications, including media, clients, and governing bodies.
  • Drive third-party endorsement opportunities such as awards, conferences, and case studies.
  • Develop consistent corporate collateral for stakeholder engagement.
  • Support employee engagement through localized campaigns and internal forums.
  • Act as crisis communications lead, ensuring alignment across regional teams.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee value proposition and engagement initiatives.
  • Communicate strategic transformation plans internally and externally.

The Successful Applicant

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and communication best practices.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate or marketing communications.
  • Holds a degree in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing, or Management.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Experienced in strategic communication planning and brand revitalization.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with crisis communications and working with Public Relations agencies.
  • Maturity and professionalism in managing high-level communications.
