You will work closely with project leaders and senior management to manage risk, resolve commercial issues, and safeguard contractual positions throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description

  • Act as the commercial and contractual authority on large, complex technology projects
  • Monitor contractual, financial and legal risks in real time across project delivery
  • Advise project teams on contract mechanisms, rights and obligations to mitigate risk
  • Develop and negotiate extension of time and prolongation claims to manage delay exposure
  • Lead change control processes, including drafting and negotiating contract variations
  • Track project margins and escalate material risks to senior leadership when required
  • Oversee contractual deliverables, acceptance milestones and billing governance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Contract Manager should have:

  • Minimum 10 years of contract management experience within telecommunications or ICT projects
  • Proven experience managing complex, high‑value contracts across the full project lifecycle
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and apply detailed contract terms
  • Track record of handling claims, variations and time‑related contractual issues
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Highly structured, detail‑oriented and comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments
