We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to manage day to day logistics execution across multiple customer accounts in a fast paced contract logistics environment. You will keep orders moving, ensure data accuracy, resolve routine issues quickly and keep both customers and warehouse operations aligned.

Our client, a global logistics and supply chain specialist focused on the fashion, luxury, lifestyle and retail industries. The company has grown from an Asia-based operation into an international network supporting brands across Europe, Asia, and other major sourcing regions.

Job Description

  • Track inbound and outbound order flow from release to completion (picked,packed, staged, shipped).
  • Coordinate prioritised tasks with warehouse operations and follow through to closure.
  • Support shipment execution: carrier coordination, pickup confirmation, tracking updates, POD retrieval.
  • Manage returns status updates and follow up on basic exceptions.
  • Send standard status updates using approved templates and confirmed information
  • Follow up with customers for missing or incorrect details (ASN, packing lists, documentation, delivery windows)
  • Escalate to CS for SLA risks, claims, repeated issues, or customer escalations
  • Maintain a live exceptions tracker (issue, owner, next action, due date, status)
  • Provide clean daily summaries: shipped, pending, exceptions, blockers
  • Keep account documentation, requests, and logs organised and accurate
  • Monitor and validate order status, inventory, task progress, and exceptions in the WMS
  • Understand WMS workflows across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and cycle counts

The Successful Applicant

  • At least a 2-3 years experience in contract logistics / 3PL / operations coordination (control tower, logistics coordinator, CS-ops hybrid, warehouse admin with customer comms).
  • Experience communicating directly with customers in an operational environment.
  • Solid understanding of logistics workflows (inbound receiving, QA/QC, putaway, outbound) pick/pack/QC/staging/dispatch returns processing and basic discrepancy investigation
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and shift priorities without losing follow-ups.
  • Hands-on WMS experience with clear understanding of how processes drive execution.
