Our client is a well-established family office based in Singapore, specialising in multi-asset class portfolio management. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a newly created Consolidation Accountant to be part of their established finance team to be responsible for the day to day accounting and consolidation matters of various entities.

Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a newly created Consolidation Accountant to be part of their established finance team to be responsible for the day to day accounting and consolidation matters of various entities.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, your key responsibilities would include:

  • Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger accounting, and related matters.
  • Responsible for simple consolidation of accounts.
  • Maintain and update accounting records with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform data entry tasks to keep our accounting systems up to date.
  • Prepare auditing trials and assist in handling audit queries.
  • File accounting records and annual returns in a systematic and organised manner.
  • Review invoices/quotations and support basic accounting and bookkeeping functions.
  • Execute banking transfers and maintain cash books meticulously.
  • Assist in the creation of graphical presentations for financial data.

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:

  • Relevant accounting knowledge and experience.
  • Experienced in full sets of accounts and Consolidation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and NetSuite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic skills in data analytics and graphic presentation.
