About Our Client
Our client is a high-growth HealthTech company with cutting-edge technologies and market-leading innovations. Due to robust growth across the region, they are looking for a Compliance Counsel to join them in this newly created role.
Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Counsel, you will be the key interface to be working with commercial, operations and other cross functional stakeholders to drive the development and implementation of an effective compliance framework and internal policies to mitigate risks to the business. You will be responsible for performing compliance audits, creating checklists, identifying and assessing potential risks and trends. You will also provide legal and compliance training to other business units.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a qualified lawyer with at least 5 PQE, ideally with at least 2 years of experience in a legal/compliance role with regional capacity. You are commercial minded armed with experience in crafting an effective compliance programme. You thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a proven track record in delivering projects within challenging deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
