This Compliance Analyst role in the insurance industry focuses on supporting the Risk & Compliance department with regulatory and operational compliance tasks.

The employer is a well-established organisation in the reinsurance industry. They are a leading global reinsurance company that provides life and non‑life risk coverage to insurers worldwide through its Property & Casualty and Life & Health segments.

Job Description

  • Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of the regional Compliance Program.
  • Contributing to group‑wide compliance initiatives and projects.
  • Providing support across key compliance activities:
    • Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT)
    • Anti‑Bribery Measures
    • Anti‑Fraud Controls (in collaboration with Risk)
    • Management of Conflicts of Interest and Monitoring of Lobbying Activities
    • Data Protection and Privacy Compliance
    • Compliance with Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) Requirements
  • Supporting the development and delivery of compliance training for the Group

The Successful Applicant

  • Prior compliance experience within Financial Services industry
  • Insurance or reinsurance work experience is a plus
