About Our Client

Our client is a leading real estate development, investment, capital, and property management company. It operates with a focus on investing in and developing quality real estate asses across the Asia-Pacific, the UK, Europe, and the United States.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute investor relations programmes.
  • Manage production of investor relations materials.
  • Manage investor and analyst engagement events.
  • Be updated of developments in the REITs and real estate sectors to provide insights on market activities, competitive landscape, shareholder and ESG related issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or Communications.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and exposure to equity capital markets.
  • About 4 years of external communications in the REITs/ BFSI industry - to manage communication between corporate management and investors.
