Job Description

Public Relations

  • Public/media relations, liaise with public relation agencies in the various markets
  • Follow up on public relation strategies, review media pitch lists
  • Monitor and maintain media database
  • Disseminate public relation info to media partners
  • Checking of public relation write ups
  • Management and review of retailers' social media calendar
  • Prepare public relation reports to HQ (upon request)
  • Copywriting and write-ups for various marketing and public relations medium, including Commercial Digital public relation projects and retailers' websites

Advertising Strategy

  • Media Planning and Advertising Buys
  • Follow up on annual media plans
  • Advertising copy rotations
  • Liaise with HQ and public relation agency to obtain materials for ad buys
  • Maintain strong rapport with media agency

Global Events Management

  • Provide public relation to local support for global events which is held in our region
  • Liaison with event partners and HQ team to ensure that the brand is at the optimum level and entitlements fully leveraged
  • Local Corporate Events and Sponsorships
  • Liaison with retail partners and vendors to implement the events/sponsorship activities

Clock Sponsorship public relation projects

  • Evaluate new sites and requests, make recommendations for each opportunity
  • Ensure optimum branding
  • Assist with the formalization of sponsorship with contracts and application of extended insurance where necessary
  • Manage orders, installation and maintenance

Communications Expenses

  • Control budget spend and ensure that actual expenses is within the determined budget for each projects
  • Maintain tracking sheet to monitor budget spend
  • Review invoices for payment
  • Ensure that the Communications budget sheet is updated on a regular basis
  • Reconcile periodical expenses against the expense report by Finance Department


  • Other tasks as assigned at a later date

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in the luxury/retail sector would be a plus
  • Media and/or Marketing industry in the luxury industry will be a plus
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Business acumen in communication
  • Problem solver & Team Player
  • User of Excel, Adobe Photoshop
