As part of succession planning, they are now looking for a highly astute Commercial Finance Manager to support the business operations in the region.
Job Description
Reporting to Regional President and partnering with regional commercial leaders, you will provide commercial finance insights for the region and ensure sustainable and profitable growth. You will be the finance partner in optimizing working capital levels while ensuring overall credit risks, receivables and debtors functions are managed appropriately. You will look to implement commercial analytics, build dashboards to provide visibility on business reporting and performance.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you possess a degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university with at least 8 years of commercial finance experience in a high volume sales and trading company. You have strong commercial acumen and business partnering abilities in supporting regional sales function achieve sustainable and profitable growth. A self-starter, you possess excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate issues and work with the different departments in the organisation. You should thrive well in a growing business and unstructured environment with the ability to adapt to changes easily.
