Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver in-depth commercial and financial analysis on sales performance, pricing, margins, and market trends
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align financial priorities with business objectives
  • Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and performance review processes
  • Develop robust financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments
  • Monitor and improving commercial KPIs, cost efficiency, and margin performance
  • Support commercial and strategic projects, including cross-market initiatives and potential acquisitions
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, controls, and financial ways of working
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements



The Successful Applicant

You are a commercially astute finance professional with strong analytical capability and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. You enjoy working in fast-paced, matrix environments and are comfortable challenging the business constructively.

You will bring:

  • A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience
  • More than 7 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • A track record of delivering insights that drive tangible business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability
