Job Description

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and fundraising targets.
  • Brand Building: Define brand identity, messaging, and market positioning for a growing startup in asset management.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage SEO, social media, content marketing, paid media, website, and CRM systems.
  • Public relation & Communications: Drive initiatives to enhance industry visibility and credibility.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Design campaigns targeting both retail and institutional investors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with offerings.
  • Performance Analytics: Track ROI and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a small marketing team or manage external agencies as the company scales.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years in marketing or brand leadership, ideally in financial services, fintech, or asset management.
    • Proven success in building brands from early-stage to growth-phase.
  • Skills:
    • Strong grasp of digital channels and investor behavior.
    • Analytical and strategic thinking.
    • Leadership and stakeholder management.
