As a Cloud Security Architect, you will help in assessing, designing & securing applications that will be designed to run on cloud (AWS, Azure) or migrated to cloud.This position has expertise in application of cloud security controls, principles & practices to achieve high level of cloud security maturity.It is 1 year agency contract role-renewable/extendable/convertible to permanent (subject to performance & headcount availability).

Job Description

  • Assist in the design and build of cloud security architectures, mainly on AWS, ensuring security is a core part of the design and development of applications that will be be cloud or migrated to cloud
  • Review existing cloud security measures and processes, advise on best practices and recommendations based on leading industry standards
  • Ensure the appropriate tooling, automation and operational processes and models are in place to support journey to cloud and to secure applications on cloud
  • Map security controls to compliance requirements for cloud environments.
  • Design additional cloud security controls on GCC (Government Commercial Cloud, AWS and Azure)

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years' experience mainly focusing on Cloud Security
  • Experience with designing and deploying cloud security controls for IAM, Data Security, Network, Endpoint, Logging etc.
  • Experience in client-facing and consulting skills
  • AWS Security Specialty Certification is good to have
  • Experience on Container technologies (e.g. EKS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker etc.)
  • Experience in Cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible etc.)
  • Experience with meeting compliance and legal frameworks such as ISO27001, PCI and GDPR and Compliance & Metrics reporting
  • Knowhow in GCC (Singapore Government Commercial Cloud)
