Job Description
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations
- Establishing and assisting in implementing goals, objectives, policies and procedures in line with the business to increase clinic efficiency and effectiveness
- Selecting, training, and supervising clinic staff
- Handling and overcoming challenges that a clinic may face administratively or operationally
- Working with medical staff, internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality patient care and services
- Managing budgets and billing, appointing staff, and assigning tasks
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in Nursing or any related field is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare field or gastrology expertise is a plus
- 5 years of healthcare operations experience is a plus
