Job Description

  • Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Advise clients on trade transactional practices and products.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet client transactional needs efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of client-related documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards in all client interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery processes.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and ad hoc transformation projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the banking and financial services sector.
  • Experience in automation using Excel.
  • Proficiency in managing client relationships with professionalism and care.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
