Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee project milestones, track progress, and deliver timely updates to management.
  • Assist in evaluating completed work and monitoring variation orders.
  • Review and coordinate contractor submissions, including drawings and documentation, providing feedback as needed.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project acceptance.
  • Perform routine QA/QC checks to verify adherence to the organization's pecifications.
  • Partner with the contractor's safety team to conduct regular safety inspections and address on-site safety concerns

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Strong background in civil and building-related construction projects.
  • Experience with M&E (mechanical and electrical) aspects in construction is preferred.
