Job Description

As the CPTO, you will build a global Product & Technology organisation designed for scale, mentor leaders to operate with ownership, speed, and cross‑functional alignment & act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on scaling priorities.Key responsibilities:

  • Set a clear product vision and roadmap built for rapid global scale.
  • Architect and evolve a scalable, global‑ready, API‑first SaaS platform.
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and security as user and data volumes grow.
  • Simplify and modularise the platform to support faster builds and integrations.
  • Oversee client implementations and integrations with a focus on repeatability, speed, and low friction.
  • Establish scalable delivery frameworks that maintain quality as the customer base expands.
  • Lead and scale high‑performing engineering, data, and DevOps teams across regions.
  • Implement modern engineering practices that support fast iteration and global growth.
  • Strengthen technology governance, security, and compliance to meet IPO‑grade standards.
  • Accelerate roadmap delivery with predictable velocity and clear KPIs tied to scale.
  • Improve operational efficiency, reduce tech debt, and optimise platform performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of product + engineering leadership in B2B SaaS, with global exposure.
  • Proven experience building product + platform, and delivering client-facing projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical depth (cloudnative architecture, APIs, modern SaaS technologies).
  • Demonstrated success scaling technology organisations (USD 500Mn+) in fast-growth environments.
  • Experience preparing a SaaS business for IPO (e.g., governance, compliance, controls, reliability, transparency).
  • Excellent commercial intuition; strong partner to Sales, CS, and Finance teams.
