Job Description

Reporting to the CEO the successful applicant will:

  • As the Chief People Officer this role will design and develop the HR framework including vision and mission in line with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee HR operations and spearhead HR projects and initiatives for the business.
  • Be a subject matter expert in partnering with Senior leadership to identify requirements in HR processes, frameworks and systems.
  • People Management skills and act as mentor to lead a high potential team for business growth.



The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Degree in HR related field.
  • 12+ years in HR management with start-up regional exposure preferred.
  • Highly effective in business partnering, with a strong track record of collaboration with cross-region teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
