Job Description

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a global operations strategy that supports rapid scaling and product innovation
  • Translate company vision into operational plans, KPIs, and execution roadmaps
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting



Manufacturing & Supply Chain

  • Oversee relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring performance, cost control, and quality standards
  • Drive excellence in electrical and mechanical product manufacturing, from prototyping to mass production
  • Optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics systems for speed, flexibility, and cost-efficiency



Engineering & Product Delivery

  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure manufacturability, scalability, and timely delivery of new products
  • Champion DFM (Design for Manufacturing), NPI (New Product Introduction), and continuous improvement initiatives



Team Building & Culture

  • Build and mentor high-performing teams across operations, engineering, and supply chain
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Implement systems and processes that support transparency, agility, and data-driven decision-making

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 15+ years of experience in operations leadership, with early career exposure in established multinationals
  • Proven success in startup environments, ideally in Series A-C stage companies
  • Deep expertise in electrical and mechanical product manufacturing, including contract manufacturing in China
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to execute in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and global supply chain optimization
