Job Description

  • Define and execute a bold vision for the Singapore market, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting to local market dynamics.
  • Forge high-impact relationships with financial institutions, regulators, and technology partners to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet evolving customer needs and regulatory standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regional regulators such as MAS, ensuring compliance and influencing policy discussions to support industry advancement.
  • Inspire and guide a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Elevate the company's profile through strategic marketing initiatives and thought leadership in fintech and digital trading.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in senior leadership within fintech, trading platforms, or digital assets.
  • Deep understanding of Singapore's regulatory landscape and broader APAC financial markets.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional ability to build partnerships, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree
