They leverage on technology and evidence-based approached to make healthcare ecosystem more easily accessible and to help workforce to drive measurable outcomes and impact that meet organisational needs. This company is expanding rapidly across Asia, hence they are now seeking to grow the Commercial team to bring forward solutions to the world.

Job Description

  • Developed regional product prepositions that aligned with industry trends and country dynamics
  • Drive and implement business processes and structures
  • Analyse sales performance and trends to identify growth/ revenue opportunities
  • Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders like insurers, healthcare providers, employers regionally etc. to further expand market share across ASEAN
  • Improve customer account strategies to enhance pricing strategies and maintain/increase current market position
  • Thorough evaluation of complex data and global trends to identify multiple business needs in complex situations
  • Lead and coach a sales team to improve performance levels and ensure consistent practices used across the company

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Technology or related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales and marketing for Tech solutions, with some years in a regional capacity
  • Strong experience in business development and structuring sales
  • Experience in selling SaaS/ HRTech
  • Dynamic hands-on leader, analytical and innovative, detail attentive, with a superb sense of business acumen capable of leading a global team
  • Keen ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate empathetic and ability to inspire, ignite passion and motivate individuals and teams
