The Channel Support Representative will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, documentation, and partner communication across India and SEA markets. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end order processing in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy in pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and overall order integrity
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners (including sales teams, distributors, and end users), handling both pre- and post-sales inquiries with clear, professional communication
  • Monitor order progress proactively, providing updates on shipment status, backorders, delays, and resolving issues such as order blocks or system discrepancies
  • Handle returns, billing adjustments, and credit/debit note requests, ensuring timely follow-through until full resolution
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance etc) to address operational challenges and ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Support documentation and compliance requirements by preparing and validating shipping, certification, and customs-related documents for India and Southeast Asia markets
  • Maintain accurate records and case tracking using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), while upholding high standards of data quality and documentation
  • Drive service excellence by contributing to process improvements, supporting team coverage when required, and meeting KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery (OTIF), and customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess a Degree in Business, Supply Chain or any related discipline, with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related function
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems, ideally within an S/4HANA environment
  • Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous
  • Possess strong communication and the ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset, demonstrating strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-driven and able to manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly MS Excel for data handling and reporting
  • Adaptable to supporting multiple markets
