Job Description

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support regional expansion.
  • Drive M&A activities including deal sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and integration.
  • Oversee capital and debt financing initiatives to optimize the company's financial structure.
  • Manage investor relations and lead fundraising efforts with private equity, venture capital, and institutional investors.
  • Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and risk management across all markets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives and business transformation.

The Successful Applicant

  • A relevant degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent.
  • Experience in start-ups or growth-oriented companies.
  • Strong track record in M&A, fundraising, and capital markets.
  • Deep understanding of financial regulations across Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning and risk management.
