Positioned to drive low-carbon transformation across key growth markets globally.Job DescriptionStrategic Leadership & Financial PlanningLead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial matters, risk management, and business performance.Provide financial insights and recommendations that shape business strategy and investment decisions.Accounting & ComplianceOversee end-to-end financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis.Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).Maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and audit readiness.Corporate Finance & TreasuryManage capital structure, optimize working capital, and lead treasury operations, including cash flow management, debt servicing, and currency hedging.Develop and execute financing strategies to support growth, including debt financing, equity raises, and structured financial solutions.Lead banking relationships, negotiate terms, and manage financing facilities.Fundraising & Investor RelationsPrepare and execute capital-raising initiatives in alignment with corporate strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, private equity firms, and financial partners.Own investor communication and reporting, including pitch decks, updates, and due diligence processes.Stakeholder ManagementBe a key liaison with banks, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies.Partner cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and technical teams to align financial goals with business performance.Provide leadership and mentorship to finance and accounting teams, developing high-performing talent.The Successful Applicant A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
