About Our Client

Our client is a growing data centre provider with global presence across Asia, Europe and America. The company's investment mainly focuses on communications, media and technology space. Due to its continuous geographical expansion, the Human Resource team is looking to increase its current team size. The C&B role is a permanent role and has been created as a replacement headcount.

Job Description

Reporting directly to Head of Human Resources, the successful applicant will:

  • Design & review compensation framework, policies, and procedures
  • Lead end-to-end compensation projects and initiatives from conceptualisation to implementation in areas such as salary review & bonus matrices and sales initiative plans
  • Review the competitiveness of company's compensation strategies and initiatives
  • Be a subject matter expert in local compensation best practices and legislative changes
  • Partner with the Finance team to generate and prepare compensation items

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant

  • Degree in human resource, business administration or relevant field
  • 10 or more years of experience in HR management
  • Strategic mindset and ability to analyse, review and drive existing and/or new compensation programs and initiatives
  • Good knowledge of market compensation standards to provide meaningful analysis and advice to assist management in decision making
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
