About Our Client

Our client is an established healthcare organisation with large presence across Singapore dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services. They are currently seeking a C&B Director to join them in shaping the organisation's rewards strategies to drive talent attraction and retention. You will report directly to the CHRO and manage a team of 3 direct reports.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits frameworks in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to government regulations, labour laws, and industry standards in all C&B practices.
  • Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable pay structures to attract and retain talent.
  • Oversee administration of healthcare, insurance, retirement, and wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage annual salary reviews and incentive programmes across organisation.
  • Lead and mentor a team, while collaborating with HR, finance, and senior leadership to support workforce planning and strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 15 years of progressive total rewards exposure in large organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of labour laws, government regulations and policies to ensure all C&B practices are compliant.
  • Proven experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Capability to drive C&B process improvements, implement HR technology solutions, and adapt to evolving workforce needs.
