About Our Client
Our client is a leading international law firm with global operations. Due to growing business needs, they are looking for an Associate to join their Capital Markets team.
Job Description
You will be involved in cross-border capital markets transactions, and both public and private securities offerings. The work scope also covers regulatory matters and equity and debt offerings, such as IPOs and covered bond programs. You will advise a range of clients, from insurers and underwriters to fund managers and shareholders.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of capital markets experience with a reputable law firm. You are passionate about the industry and driven. The ideal candidate should be keen to learn and willing to work hard.
