The Company is currently looking out for a talented and driven CAO in South Korea to spearhead the Global Real Estate function.
Job Description
- Drive property management programs with regional team to generate operational improvements
- Engage and maintain strong client relationships across disciplines to leverage market opportunities
- Develop real estate strategies to facilitate transaction and portfolio management
- Partner with other CAO functions for a holistic service delivery
- Support regional D&C team for construction related matters
- Oversee financial expenses and resources for talent retention
The Successful Applicant
- Min 5-10 years' senior management experience in corporate real estate industry preferred
- Strong business acumen and understanding of expense management
- Good mentor and team player
- Effectively skilled in planning and programming
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or other related fields
