Due to increasing business needs and consolidation of key partnering functions here in Singapore, they are now looking for a high potential Business Strategy Manager.

Job Description

Reporting to the FP&A Director and partnering with the Business Head, you will be responsible for strategy formulation/ execution for the business. You will be the key person to communicate strategic priorities and lead discussions during leadership meetings. You will be a critical business partner to the respective functional heads and countries globally in providing insightful business analysis to drive business performance, evaluations on new products and CAPEX investments as well as analysing on the marketing ROI.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you are degree qualified with at least 5 years of relevant experience in business strategy in a fast-paced MNC. You possess strong analytic skills with good attention to details and have the ability to extract deep insights. You are adept at providing sound recommendations thru the analysis done with sharp presentation skills. You have the ability to readily challenge stakeholders based on your work and have the ability to influence decision making. You specialise in gathering, visualising data and display pro-activeness in your day to day to challenge existing processes. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills.
