This role will lead a team of 10 to redesign core processes end‑to‑end and guide the ERP pathway (SAP vs Oracle) for a group-wide transformation.

Job Description

  • Lead Business Process Re-engineering across multiple functions (finance & ops)
  • Assess current ("as‑is") processes, identify bottlenecks, design streamlined ("to‑be") workflows
  • Advise on ERP direction (SAP vs Oracle) with a clear, evidence-based recommendation
  • Translate business needs into system requirements; support implementation planning
  • Establish quick wins to reduce manual work, rework, and non-value activities
  • Set policy & controls for inventory reconciliation and material write-offs where justified
  • Create incident/issue triage and prioritization frameworks for operational events
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence; drive performance governance
  • Lead cross-functional squads (finance, operations, field) to execute change
  • Draft SOPs, RACI, and process documentation; enforce change management discipline
  • Present decisions and updates to senior stakeholders with clear trade-offs and risks
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven BPR / Lean / Six Sigma experience; able to redesign end‑to‑end processes
  • Strong ERP background; exposure to both SAP and Oracle is highly valued
  • Solid finance literacy; comfortable with policies on reconciliation & write‑offs
  • Gravitas and stakeholder influence with senior leaders; crisp communication
  • Decisive, analytically rigorous; able to make and defend tough calls
  • Hands-on executor-self-directed, outcome-focused, no need for heavy handholding
  • Builds trust quickly; able to lead ~10 cross-functional team members
  • Structured problem solver with excellent documentation and governance skills
  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience; consulting pedigree is a plus
  • Committed to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and delivery timelines
