About Our Client

Our client, a global leader in shipping and logistics who is looking for a Business Operations Project, Senior Manager to drive process improvements, automation and digital transformation within their organization.

Job Description

  • Lead various projects focused on process automation, design optimization, digitalization and process standardization.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses of performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect, evaluate and implement new ideas that add value to the business.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Drive change management and ensure adoption of new processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • At least 8 - 10 years of experience in project management within shipping/ logistics industry.
  • Experience with Business Process Management, automation projects and Big Data management (Power BI / Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead discussions to drive results.
  • Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
