The Business Operation Executive will be an integral part of our Finance & Admin department in the luxury retail industry, responsible for driving operational and finance efficiency. Job Description

Accounting:

  • Process invoices for both external and internal stakeholders, including intercompany and sales transactions between HQ and the APAC entity.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate financial transactions.
  • Monitor payments, ensuring timely collections and resolving discrepancies as needed.



Business Support:

  • Manage shipments, ensuring efficient transport and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate local deliveries, handling high-value luxury products with care.
  • Assist management with travel planning, including hotel and flight bookings.
  • Liaise with hotels for training arrangements and negotiate preferred rates.
  • Support the marketing team with event logistics, shipments, and visual merchandising assets.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, contractor management, and food & beverage orders.
  • Handle correspondence for the Managing Director, including emails, calls, and scheduling.
  • Provide general support to colleagues and employees as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Operation Executive should have:

  • A diploma/degree in Finance, Business or relevant field.
  • Minimally 3 years of relevant accounting/admin experience with background in processing of invoices will be beneficial
  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • "Can-do" attitude, resourceful and independent
