We are working with an established advertising agency that has been doing fantastically well year on year and continue to be ambitious about their integrated strategy, utilizing digital tools to develop creative work for their clients. Due to an internal movement, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned agency leader to join the team and building the organisation for the future.
Job Description
This individual should be both creative and commercial, to manage the revenue and market growth of the company, with leadership ability to inspire and bring out the best potential in the team, building alignment with the overarching strategic goals of the organisation. The agency counts many large corporations and eCommerce/startups as their clients, and have a well balanced portfolio which the agency leader should continue to nurture and deepen the relationships with the top clients.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive agency background in advertising/digital/creative/media/ integrated marketing with track record to interact at executive leadership and board level with demonstrated ability to manage a large diverse team, and growing the business in a sustainable manner. You are comfortable with interacting with C-level clients and internal management team, able to inspire and yet prepared to grind with the team, leading from the front to deliver service excellence to customers.
