As they accelerate their ASEAN expansion, they're seeking a senior business development leader to spearhead growth and build long-term value.

Job Description

  • Regional Leadership: Own the ASEAN territory and define market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Lead full-cycle enterprise sales, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and manage a robust pipeline with clear visibility and velocity.
  • Partner Ecosystem Development: Co-sell with cloud, SI, and channel partners to amplify reach and impact.
  • Cross-functional Influence: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Solution Engineering to align on customer needs and regional priorities.
  • Voice of the Market: Provide structured feedback to influence product localization and roadmap.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced: Experience in enterprise/cloud sales, ideally with exposure to mission-critical systems.
  • Well-Connected: Maintain strong relationships with key ASEAN clients, especially in Fintech, Payments, e-Commerce, Retail, Logistics, Gaming, and Digital sectors.
  • Technically Fluent: Solid understanding of cloud computing and web database technologies.
  • Strategic & Disciplined: Skilled in territory planning, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
  • Influential: Comfortable engaging senior executives and navigating complex enterprise buying cycles.
  • Collaborative: Proven ability to work across product, marketing, and technical teams to drive opportunity development.
  • Adaptable: Energized by dynamic environments and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
