Our client is a Global Systems Integrator that offers a full suite of technological solutions that are dedicated in driving business forward. The firm offers solutions that champions their clients on their digital transformation journeys, streamlining their operational capacities, improving customer satisfaction and ultimately revenue. The firm has a global presence, with offices over 150 countries and has ambitious plans for expansion in the APAC region. Given their burgeoning growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager for their APAC head office.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager - APAC, this hunter is responsible for generating new business for the organization.

The success of this role will be measured on:

  • Pitching the organization's Managed Services offerings to new clients (primarily Fortune 1000 companies)
  • Managing the 360 sales cycle, to hit targets and surpass sales thresholds
  • Prospecting new accounts over a variety of platforms: conferences, trade shows and networking events
  • Working with the marketing team to utilize existing leads and produce collateral to drive business development
  • Developing strategic road maps to drive revenue opportunities

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful hire for this role, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or any other relevant degree
  • 8 or more years' sales experience in tech/biz IT service sectors(SaaS, Paas, Iaas)
  • Proven sales experience with OEMs: Aruba, Silver Peak, Cisco Meraki
  • Minimum one Sales certificates in stated OEMs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client skills, with a strong emphasis on presentation
