Our client is a well known brand name and a market leader in its field. With over 30 years of history and recent expansion in Asia, there is now an exciting opportunity for a high potential individual to join its regional business as a Business Development Executive/Senior Executive.
Job Description
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be part of the business development team participating in commercial activities including client pitches and negotiating for terms of business with companies. You will be tasked with generating new businesses, maintaining existing relationship with key clients as well as respond to a warm desk of referrals clients. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, set up meetings to understand your client's existing needs and gaps and proposing solutions/recommendations to your customers. You will also get to participate in company wide activities and drive projects across the region. You will be supported with a structured training program and leadership team to get you up to speed on the industry and product knowledge.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should have a degree in Business, Finance or Marketing with 3 to 6 years of working environment in a multinational environment. Experience in a sales or business development function will be preferred. You should possess excellent academic track record and have displayed strong leadership and initiative in your career. You are highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast paced environment. You have excellent communication skills and is able to work well in a team based environment. High potential candidates in a finance role will be considered.
