The Company is currently looking out for a talented and driven Business Development Director in Singapore to spearhead the Sales function.
Job Description
- Assume full P&L responsibility and ensure profitable growth for the Company
- Drive operational management locally and initiate strategies for optimal business performance
- Lead the sales team, maintaining close client relationships with new and existing client base
- Generate forecasting opportunities in assigned countries with key market analysis
- Develop performance management objectives
- Partner with key stakeholders as the Company's brand ambassador
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years hands-on sales experience in Technology/ Banking industries with team management experience
- Strong sales experience in Credit Card payments processing required
- Ability to leverage existing network to drive new businesses
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
- Adept at communicating with all levels of an organization to create long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships
