The Company is currently looking out for a talented and driven Business Development Director in Singapore to spearhead the Sales function.

Job Description

  • Assume full P&L responsibility and ensure profitable growth for the Company
  • Drive operational management locally and initiate strategies for optimal business performance
  • Lead the sales team, maintaining close client relationships with new and existing client base
  • Generate forecasting opportunities in assigned countries with key market analysis
  • Develop performance management objectives
  • Partner with key stakeholders as the Company's brand ambassador

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years hands-on sales experience in Technology/ Banking industries with team management experience
  • Strong sales experience in Credit Card payments processing required
  • Ability to leverage existing network to drive new businesses
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Adept at communicating with all levels of an organization to create long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships
