Job Description

  • Drive sales and revenue growth - drive new business and meet individual sales targets across the APAC region
  • Client consultation and relationship management - build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
  • Project scoping and solution design - scope and design custom digital learning solutions tailored to client needs
  • Cross-functional collaboration - collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Content and proposal development - prepare client proposals, presentations, and strategic solution documents
  • Project oversight and quality assurance - oversee project execution and sign off on product deliverables
  • Strategic input and innovation - contribute to innovation by identifying market gaps and new solution ideas
  • Thought partnership - act as a strategic advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven B2B sales professional with experience in consultative or solution-based selling, ideally within digital learning, professional services, or a related industry
  • Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and tailoring solutions to meet client needs
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • A proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about innovation and continuous learning
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude
