They are now looking for a Business Controller talent with strong potentials to grow with the organisation.

Job Description

  • Supports monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across regional and local entities.
  • Prepare performance analyses and KPI reports for senior stakeholders and business reviews.
  • Maintain dashboards, financial models, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
  • Interpret complex data and convert it into strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities to guide planning and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential to align financial goals and drive business performance.
  • Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, enhance digital capabilities, and automate reporting workflows for greater efficiency and consistency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master's preferred)
  • 3-5 years of relevant FP&A / Business Controlling experience ideally in regional roles
  • Strong influencing skills to manage stakeholders and communicate complex financial insights clearly
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and presentation, with hands-on experience using business intelligence tools such as Excel, SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau.
  • Thrives well in an international culture with colleagues located remotely in different countries within APAC
  • Proactive and driven, with a strong focus on delivering results and a clear ambition to expand responsibilities and grow into broader leadership roles over time.
