Our client is seeking a diligent Business Analytics professional to join their fast-paced ecommerce team. You will be responsible for managing complex data sets, drawing business insights, and making strategic recommendations.

Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director to provide data-backed recommendations for business expansion initiatives.
  • Support the Regional Ecommerce Manager by analyzing website performance data to pinpoint areas for improvement and drive sales growth.
  • Assist the Regional E-merchandising Manager in compiling and analyzing sales data to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and presentations to support strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analytics and e-commerce.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
  • Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming.
