Job Description

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
  • Provide support for SAP system implementation and configuration tasks.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system changes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximise the system's efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of SAP systems, recommending enhancements as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst- SAP should have:
