Job Description



You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT and FinTech projects, ensuring smooth operations of online applications and timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This includes requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, training, implementation, and ongoing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management, from planning to execution
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners for flawless delivery
  • Monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure service levels are met
  • Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and maintain project documentation
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication
  • Foster a high-performance culture by setting KPIs and driving team productivity
  • Escalate issues appropriately and support continuous improvement initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • Relevant working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/FinTech industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
  • Hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
