Their product portfolio includes weight management, pain management, dermatology, cardiology, respiratory health and allergy.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Business Analysiso Cross-functional stakeholder engagemento Understanding of business processes, including documentation, if requiredo Development and documentation of requirementso Proposal of approaches to deliver solutions that meet the requirementso Establishing the Business Analysis capability at iNova to support all Functions. Establishing specific project and operational processes, plans, standards and governance for all Functions where required.o The Business Analyst will be required to work independent and effectively as part of the teamComputer System Validationo Apply the Computer System Validation operating model and documents templates to all applicable systems (~12)o Deliver validation plans and the defined documents for new in-scope projectso Maintain and update documents for established systems, either during enhancement delivery, major version upgrades, or periodic reviews.o Conduct supplier audits for suppliers of key systemsOther activitieso While the above items will fill 60-80% of the role, there will be items, of a more ad hoc nature, that require the support of a business analysto These may include major project support or operational initiatives that are of a less regular nature. This includes managing large project and/or processes with limited/to no direction from the manager.o Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to colleagues throughout the organisation. Including up to Director level.o Regular communication and building relationships with all members of the organisation.
