Our client is a longstanding brand in the electronics appliances industry with global presence. They pride themselves in being agile, ability to innovate and to be first adopters of new technologies. On top of this, they ensure excellent customer service down the line, both instore, online and also through their channel partners. Right now, they are looking to hire an experienced brand marketer who is capable of overseeing branding and digital marketing across the pacific region.

Job Description

  • To promote brand awareness, build differentiations, and penetrate new markets in order to enable profitable and sustainable business growth
  • Manage the marketing budget at the regional and local levels
  • Improve work efficiency and effectiveness by developing and maintaining infrastructure/systems
  • Monitor marketing activities that have been executed in local markets and evaluate performance
  • Design integrated marketing strategies to raise brand awareness
  • Devise customized techniques based on various market demands and trends, making local adaptations
  • Create marketing assets and produce content like as product shoots, mood boards, POSM, and sales tools, among other things.
  • Organize digital communication campaigns, such as social media participation and website administration.
  • Determine brand placement in the market by understanding consumer wants and habits.
  • Create digital communications plans that include website, social media, e-channels, and other marketing tools
  • Drive the creation of a brand communication kit that includes both ATL and BTL efforts
  • Measure and analyze the results of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs), as well as look ahead to future campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to convert product features into consumer-friendly terminology
  • Collaborate closely with various sales teams to meet sales needs and to enhance sales effect by utilizing marketing tools.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Proven track record and solid functional expertise in integrated marketing communications, including brand building, event management, collateral development, copywriting, printed production, video production, website and social media promotion.
  • Expertise in eCommerce platforms and digital marketing mechanisms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Proven track record and solid functional expertise in integrated marketing communications, including brand building, event management, collateral development, copywriting, printed production, video production, website and social media promotion.
  • Familiarity with any CRM or email marketing software (Hybris, Adobe, etc)
  • Design software knowledge, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
