Their platform leverages cutting-edge AI agents, foundation models, and privacy-preserving computing to transform how enterprises operate and innovate. As they enter the APAC region, they are hiring our first regional leader to build the business from the ground up.

Job Description

  • Market Expansion: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, identifying key markets, verticals, and partners.
  • Business Building: Drive 0-to-1 business development efforts, from lead generation to deal closure, with full ownership of revenue and growth targets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build alliances with enterprise clients, SaaS platforms, and ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in regional forums, client meetings, and internal strategy discussions.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to localize offerings and ensure market fit.
  • Team Building: Lay the foundation for future team growth, hiring and mentoring talent as the business scales.

The Successful Applicant

Idela Candidate Profile:

· Proven experience in building SaaS businesses from scratch in the international markets.

· Strong network and understanding of enterprise tech, AI, or digital transformation landscapes.

· Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability-comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and functions.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

· 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or GTM roles in SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech.

· Experience launching new markets or products in APAC.

· Familiarity with AI technologies, platforms, or data-driven solutions.
