Job Description

  • Design and deliver structured onboarding and continuous training for sales teams
  • Develop, maintain and evolve sales playbooks, messaging and enablement assets
  • Own the adoption and optimisation of Salesforce and the wider sales tech stack
  • Partner with sales leadership on planning, execution and performance initiatives
  • Translate product updates into clear, consistent sales communications
  • Track pipeline health, conversion metrics and productivity trends
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements across sales operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Enablement Specialist should have:

  • 3+ years' experience in sales enablement, revenue operations or sales operations
  • Background within a B2B technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools and performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience managing Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product and leadership teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive improvement initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global and evolving organisation
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and insights
