Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, analyze competitors, and understand customer preferences.
- Develop and implement product strategies, including lead generation and bank partnerships.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage product approvals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Insurance product development experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing life, shield, individual and group Accident & Health (A&H) product development, pricing or a similar role.
