Job Description

  • Develop, test and implement Automic batch automation solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts
  • Ensure all solutions are in line with company standards and regulations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology
  • Document all processes and maintain system documentation
  • Automate jobs using the Automic tool, gathering requirements from various IT specialists and implementing them according to bank standards.
  • Design and adapt complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4).
  • Process service requests related to job scheduling and automation.
  • Advise IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automation.
  • Coordinate with different teams within the financial institution to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Analyze problems and provide solutions to complex issues and challenges.
  • Ensure defined metrics and KPIs are met, maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Handle stressful situations calmly and work effectively under pressure.



The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years of experience working with Automic Automation or similar job scheduling systems as a workflow developer is a must have.
  • Strong knowledge of Unix, Java, and Shell scripting technologies.
  • Experience in IT operations and processes, including technical requirement analysis, planning, and coordination.
  • Good exposure to Change & Release Management and Incident Management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong coordination abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating conscientiousness and reliability.
