As part of the Financial Markets team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of institutional clients. You'll provide tailored advice on products and solutions, cross-sell a full suite of offerings, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Description

  • Identify and prospect new clients while managing existing relationships
  • Develop strategic plans and provide customised solutions to meet client objectives
  • Cross-sell products and coordinate with internal teams for optimal delivery
  • Monitor client activities and market trends to execute effective sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal risk frameworks
  • Collaborate with credit risk and other departments to structure and negotiate deals

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Up to 5 years of experience in Treasury Sales or related areas
  • FMRP certification required; CMFAS certifications are a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage complex client needs
