Our client is a boutique investment bank offering advisory services across mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory. They are seeking a driven Associate or Senior Associate to join their lean, high-performing team and play a hands-on role in deal execution and client coverage.

Job Description

  • Support end-to-end transaction execution including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials (IMs, pitch decks, management presentations).
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential transactions.
  • Perform industry and company research to support deal origination and execution.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of client proposals and presentations.
  • Work closely with senior bankers to drive transaction processes and coordinate with clients, investors, and external advisors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA a plus.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
